The Wheezers are non-aggressive enemies so don't worry about attacking, just approach it and interact to inject the enzyme. This room is full of toxic gas that has been released by the first Wheezer. The Secondary Fire creates a gravity well that pulls all nearby enemies and objects in. The primary fire lets loose a blast that sends enemies flying across the room, dealing damage as they run into the environment and each other.
